Brandy
Brandy is a distilled spirit produced from fermented fruit juice. Most often, the fruit is grapes—making brandy distilled wine—though apple, apricot, peach, and other fruits can be used to make brandy. It’s produced around the world as Cognac, Armagnac, pisco, eau-de-vie, and other styles. Brandy was also one of the most popular spirits used in the first bars, which is why it’s found in the best classic cocktails. Today, drinkers in Brazil, Germany, India, Russia, and the Philippines drink the most brandy, though it’s enjoyed worldwide.

E & J
E&J’s roots stem back to the Gallo family tree. Ernest and Julio Gallo, two brothers with a passion for brandy and 30+ years experience crafting fine wine, decided to bring a little bit of California magic to the brandy game. After five years of testing and tasting in their Fresno distillery, the duo finally came across E&J’s signature smooth process used to this day. Aged for two years in oak barrels, E&J Brandy officially launched in 1975, becoming an instant classic.

The Christian Brothers
The Christian Brothers Brandy is made from the finest grape varietals and incorporates the same time-honored copper pot still production method perfected over 75 years ago. This process, similar to that of fine Cognacs, creates a rich flavor and full body, enhanced by slow aging in hand-selected Bourbon barrels for a minimum of two years. During aging, the oak barrels imbue the Brandy with layers of well-balanced fruit flavors and a warm, lingering finish. Finally, the Brandy is carefully blended to create a soft, subtle texture that is Endlessly Smooth and perfect to enjoy straight, on the rocks or in a variety of classic cocktails.
